Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Handling customer service and warranty requests.
Provide basic technical solutions.
Collaboration with the technical team.

Qualifications and requirements:

Strong communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Calm and positive person.
Motivation to learn and grow in a professional setting.
Electrical certificate (group 3 and higher) would be an advantage.
At least 1 year experience in a similar role is preferable.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of PVSyst, PVSol or AutoCAD would be an advantage.
Proficient in Ukrainan (min. C1) English (min. B1) – both written and spoken.
